I’ve been meditating a lot recently and the idea of observing your thoughts without judgment is a massive hurdle for me but it’s crucial for a healthy and positive existence. I don’t wonder though those dark corridors in fear but as an observer and a student of myself and I’m lucky to be able to express a whole spectrum of emotions through my paintings. 🖤
